The Nissan Frontier, which is put together at the Nissan Assembly Plant in Canton, is being recalled.
The development is part of a problem that originated in another factory. According to a notice shared on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration website, more than 26,400 vehicles have been recalled. The problem is related to an incorrectly welded door striker.

- 2025 to 2026 Nissan Frontier – 8,383 vehicles
- 2025 Nissan Altima – 7,627 vehicles
- 2025 Nissan Sentra – 6,988 vehicles
- 2026 Nissan Kicks – 3,434 vehicles
