A woman is charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder and electronic stalking in Madison County.
Court documents filed Thursday reveal, on Dec. 24, 2025, 32-year-old Tihirah Allen allegedly provided a firearm, negotiated payment with a shooter, provided transportation for that shooter, and drove to a targeted victim’s home to then shoot into a vehicle with the victim in it.
