Man faces DUI charges after pedestrian killed while walking down Canton street

CANTON, Miss. (WLBT) – A 62-year-old man is facing aggravated DUI charges after being accused of striking and killing a pedestrian Thursday evening, according to Canton police.

Canton Police Chief Otha Brown said Terry McFarland is charged with aggravated DUI in the death of 31-year-old Exzavin Smith.
