Jackson, MS – A Tornado Watch is in effect tonight for portions of Louisiana and Mississippi through 2 a.m. CST Sunday, February 15, 2026, bringing the threat of isolated tornadoes, damaging winds, and hail across the Gulf South.
According to the US National Weather Service in Jackson, scattered storms moving across the region could produce a few tornadoes, hail up to quarter size, and wind gusts reaching 70 mph.
