Holmes Community College building new $20 million Allied Health facility in Ridgeland

RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) – Holmes Community College is constructing a new Allied Health facility at its Ridgeland campus as the college celebrates 100 years of service to Mississippi.

The $20 million project will house the Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Surgical Technology programs. Construction is currently underway near the Ridgeland campus.

“In Ridgeland, our campus has been there about 30 years, and this is another significant milestone for that campus to grow it and address a really big shortage for health care in our state,” said Holmes Community College President Dr. Jim Haffey…
