VERO BEACH, Fla. | Jackson State used another strong outing from Derek Arrocha on the mound and a three-hit day from Troy Wilson Jr. to win its second consecutive game at the Andre Dawson Classic, 6-5 over Yale at the Jackie Robinson Training Facility.
Arrocha (2-0) picked up the win working 7.0 innings, allowing five runs on eight hits with six strikeouts. He gave way to Jaedeyn Edwards, who recorded his second save in as many days, working the final 2.0 innings of scoreless relief with one strikeout.
