Brush fire destroys 50 acres in Copiah County

COPIAH CO., Miss. (WLBT) – Firefighters from the Crystal Springs Volunteer Fire Department battled a brush fire that grew out of control in Copiah County Sunday morning.

The brush fire started after a homeowner was conducting a debris burn on Barnes Road at approximately 10:30 a.m. Feb. 22.
