HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – A 22-year-old man pled guilty to multiple counts of armed carjacking and aggravated assault in connection with a violent series of incidents in early 2023.
Hinds County District Attorney Jody Owens said Jayden Tillis was sentenced in two separate cases involving armed carjacking and aggravated assault. In the first case he will serve 15 years. In the second case, he will serve 20 years. Tillis will serve a total of 35 years in prison
