JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – A dilapidated south Jackson apartment complex ordered vacated by the Mississippi Home Corporation last year for a lack of running water could soon have a receiver.
The Arkansas-based Relyance Bank is asking a Hinds County Chancery judge to appoint a receiver over Blossom Apartments.
