BYRAM, Miss. (WJTV) – Strong winds caused damage in the City of Byram on Saturday.
According to Byram police, multiple trees fell across roadways and on power lines.
Thousands left in the dark as storms hit Central Mississippi
They encouraged residents to use caution while traveling on roadways. Emergency crews and Entergy crews are working to restore power and remove downed trees.
Byram residents can contact 601-372-2327 to report a tree that is down.
