On the heels of stormy weather on Saturday, March 7 that left thousands without power in Jackson and surrounding areas, Mississippi is facing the threat of severe weather again on Monday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 11.
According to the National Weather Service in Jackson, severe thunderstorms are possible on Monday and Wednesday bringing wind gusts up to 60 mph, golf ball-size hail and tornadoes can’t be ruled out.
