JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Litter continues to be a challenge in the City of Jackson, and leaders are working on new strategies to keep neighborhoods clean.
Jackson Mayor John Horhn said cleanup crews can only do so much, and the city is turning to partnerships and community groups to help tackle the issue.
