JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson City Councilman Vernon Hartley, Ward 5, held a town hall meeting for residents in his ward. He was joined by Jackson Mayor John Horhn.
“It is really important for folks to understand how he’s projecting the future. Some of the strategies, and they get firsthand to talk to someone who manages the city on a day to day basis,” said Hartley.
