JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – As the Jackson City Council waits for the incoming police chief, Dr. RaShall Brackney, to confirm the illegal dumping unit, residents said the unit is needed to help improve the capital city.
“Only thing we want is for our neighborhood to look a whole lot better than what is looking right now, because it seems as if no one cares about how the neighborhood looks here. But you go to other cities, and they look way better in other cities you don’t see out there. So, that’s the only concern that we have over here in this neighborhood,” said LaDonna Robinson, a Jackson resident.
