The Mississippi College School of Law has earned the 2026-27 Military Friendly® School designation and was recognized in the top 10 as a Gold Level graduate school.
The 2026-27 Military Friendly® School designation, awarded annually, is considered a leading benchmark for colleges and universities that prioritize the success of military-connected students. The program evaluates institutions using a data-driven methodology that combines public data and proprietary survey responses to measure effectiveness in key areas such as student retention, graduation rates, job placement, and loan repayment outcomes.
Earning a Top 10 designation for 2026-27 places MC Law among an elite group of institutions whose programs rank at the highest level within their category. These schools are recognized as “guidon bearers,” setting the national standard for military and veteran-focused education programs and continuously improving services for those who have served.
MC Law Dean Emeritus Jim Rosenblatt, who has been instrumental in the process, said, “This 2026-27 Military Friendly® School designation is most appropriate for MC Law, which welcomes veterans to its classrooms, sends its graduates on to military service, supports the military through its Veterans’ Clinic, and hosts speakers and programs with a military theme. The military occupies a prominent and integral place at MC Law and receives the endorsement of the faculty, staff, and students. MC Law is military-friendly.”…
