United Airlines flight bound for Houston makes emergency landing after engine failure

HOUSTON – A United Express flight bound for Houston made an emergency landing in Mississippi on Monday after one of its engines shut down, according to the airline.

CommuteAir flight 4302, operating as United Express, was traveling from Knoxville, Tennessee, to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston when the issue occurred, a company spokesperson said.
