HINDS COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – The woman accused of driving while intoxicated and causing a crash that killed two sisters in 2023 will soon learn her fate in Hinds County Circuit Court.
Jada Kelly is facing three counts of aggravated DUI for the crash in January 2023. Sisters Azure Higgins and Valerie Lynch were killed, and another man was severely injured.
