JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Jackson city leaders are raising concerns about what they say is a large number of streetlights out across the capital city.
On Tuesday, members of the City Council’s Finance Committee meeting heard from officials with Entergy Mississippi to discuss the issue.
