JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Do Portugal Circus will open Friday at the fairgrounds where the old Regency Hotel was torn down, marking the group’s first performance in Mississippi.
Crews transformed the Mississippi Fairgrounds in Jackson on Thursday into a performance space. Every rope, light and piece of equipment was set by hand.
