The Clinton High School Track and Field team faced top-tier competition, including state champions from Tennessee and Missouri, at the Dragon Invitational at Collierville High School (Tenn.) on Saturday, April 4.
The Lady Arrows earned second place with a team total of 159.5 points in the girls’ division, while the Arrows captured the boys’ team title with a team total of 148 points.
For the Lady Arrows, Andraeia Cavett topped the podium in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.77 seconds. Kamiah Mounger won the 400-meter race, crossing the finish line in 57.73 seconds.
