JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – An Arkansas bank seeking a court order appointing a receiver over the Blossom Apartments is fighting back against JXN Water’s efforts to intervene in the suit.
In December, Relyance Bank filed suit against Blossom Apartments LLC in Hinds County Chancery Court, asking that the court appoint a receiver over the Woodbine Street complex to protect its interest in the property.
