JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The city of Jackson is asking a federal judge to block a controversial water authority act from going into effect.
On Monday, the city filed a motion for an injunction in U.S. District Court against H.B. 1677, the Metro Jackson Water Authority Act.
