JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Rain or shine, heat or cold, two women show up 20 days out of the month at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, and they have since the day it opened.
They are the Jacksonville Ladies, a nonprofit group of about 45 women dedicated to one promise:
