JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – East Bay Street is closed between Liberty Street and Newnan Street. News4JAX crews at the scene observed numerous law enforcement vehicles in the area.
Investigators were seen photographing a gold Lexus parked on Market Street between East Bay and Forsyth streets, less than a block from Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office headquarters. The vehicle appeared to have deployed airbags, and the driver’s side door was open.
