The Hub at Nocatee is moving into permitting as marketing begins in earnest.
The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a minor modification to an environmental resource permit for the 8.07-acre project in the Duval County portion of Nocatee, which is east of Interstate 95.
Plans call for 64,152 square feet of commercial buildings, parking, utilities and associated infrastructure north of Valley Ridge Road and Sawston Road. The site design shows seven multitenant retail buildings around a central gathering space.
