Allegro Senior Living Fleming Island sells for $38 million

Allegro Senior Living Fleming Island in Clay County has sold for $38 million to Denver-based Healthpeak Properties Inc., a healthcare-focused real estate investment trust, marking the second Northeast Florida senior living community affiliated with Allegro Living to recently change ownership.

The property at 3651 U.S. 17 was sold through St. Louis-based KAPG Fleming Island Senior Housing OpCo LLC, according to property records.
