The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is searching for 35-year-old Frederick Wiggins, who is diagnosed with autism. He went missing after he was released from the Duval County jail following an altercation with his mom.
Wiggins’ mom, Shantel Stokes, says he requires 24-hour care, and she feels he never should have been in jail to begin with.
