A Duval County data center leased by wireless network operator T-Mobile sold Aug. 6 for $8.1 million, according to county records.
At 7025 A.C. Skinner Parkway, the 32,946-square-foot facility was acquired by California real estate investment firm Landmark Dividend through LD FH Assetco 2 LLC.
