A 57-year-old Jacksonville man driving a semi-trailer died in a fiery crash Aug. 13 that shut down southbound Interstate 95 near Ormond Beach through rush hour traffic. The driver rear-ended another semi-trailer that was stopped after hitting a deer, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
