JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says a man has been arrested for supplying the drugs that led to another man’s overdose death.
JSO says its investigation began in November 2025, after a 61-year-old man died from an overdose. Over a nine-month period, the agency’s Overdose Investigations Unit worked to identify 44-year-old Sean Coss as the person responsible for supplying the drugs.

JSO says on August 20, Overdose Investigations Unit conducted a search warrant on Coss’ home in the Deerwood area. There, detectives found 28.8 grams of powder cocaine, 19.3 grams of crack cocaine, and 875.3 grams of marijuana. JSO said it also found four handguns and $1,565 in cash…
