JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville drivers were asked to avoid the area of Edgewood Avenue West and Reed Street due to law enforcement activity, according to a JAX Ready alert issued Friday afternoon.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it was responding to a report of a person with a mental illness.
