Here’s what the First Alert Weather Team said you can expect in the forecast:
- The break from the high heat & humidity has arrived! Lows tonight will fall to the upper 60s well inland… near 70 along the I-95 corridor… to the low 80s at the beaches.
- Thursday will be partly sunny & mild with only an isolated shower moving off the ocean. Gusty winds will continue with highs in the 80s.
- The strong onshore flow is causing rough conditions at area beaches along with a high rip current risk.
- Winds will subside some Friday but remain reasonably comfortable before high humidity returns over the weekend into early next week, helping to trigger on-and-off showers & scattered t’storms.
