NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida deputies chased down a man known as the “LEGO bandit” last week after investigators said he was wanted in connection with an organized retail theft operation.
According to the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office, Ronald Lorne Tipton was identified as a suspect involved in a large organized retail theft operation spanning Northeast Florida.
Investigators said three of the thefts happened in Nassau County on August 18, August 26 and September 12.
