Neighbors in a Mandarin community say a nearby home is attracting rodents and creating an eyesore. They say the yard is filled with trash, abandoned furniture, and appliances.
While Action News Jax Jasmine Butler spoke with residents Friday, a woman dropped a man off at the home. She said she knew the owner and that complaints from neighbors have cost him a lot of money. Neighbors say they want action taken.
