JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WFLA) — A multi-state manhunt came to a close on Wednesday after a man suspected of murder was arrested in Jacksonville, authorities said.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, their SWAT team tracked 43-year-old Jonathan Soto, a wanted murder suspect, to an apartment complex on Gate Parkway.
