JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A woman in her early 60’s was killed while walking outside of a crosswalk on late Saturday night, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
At 9:00 p.m., JSO said the Jacksonville woman was walking north across the 10000 block of Atlantic Boulevard, when she was reportedly struck by a silver Infiniti Sedan.
JSO officials released in a statement, “It should be noted that she was not in a crosswalk when she was struck. This is the 131st traffic fatality in Duval County this year and the 32nd involving a pedestrian.”…
