JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man suspected of multiple felonies was caught by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office using a license plate reader Sunday. He was driving a car he stole in Duval County, police said. The license plate number was entered into the LPR system, and Clay County’s Real Time Crime Center received a notification that the tag had passed one of the license plate readers.
