Jacksonville man accused of manslaughter in 2019 shooting that killed 19-year-old pleads not guilty

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said after an investigation into the shooting on April 29, 2019, police arrested Gary Legg, 24, on manslaughter charges.
