Jacksonville Feb 06 Weekly Crime Report: 1593 Incidents and 31 Crime Stories
During the last week, Jacksonville witnessed a total of 1593 crime incidents. The most common type of crime was arguments, which accounted for 545 cases, followed by domestic-related incidents with 238 cases. Suspicious situations were reported 210 times, while theft and assault cases were reported 137 and 133 times, respectively. There were 77 arrests, 62 hit and run incidents, and 61 other types of crimes. Shootings and burglaries were less common, with 52 and 41 cases respectively. The least reported crime was robbery, with only one case.
