The Riverside High School Band has started a winter guard, headed by assistant director, Alissa Gulledge, color guard instructor, Alayna Crume, and choreographer, Georgia Stulz. This year is the first year in school history that the winter guard was created. This group consists of auditioned participants that want to develop skills of the visual aspects of the Riverside band program. Students compete against other winter guards in our circuit. Due to this being the first year of the winter guard, they were placed in the novice class for there inaugural season.
