JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On Monday, a Jacksonville U.S. Navy veteran received a new roof from Reliant Roofing as part of the Owens Coming Roof Deployment Project (OCRDP). According to the press release, through a partnership with Purple Heart Homes, Richard Haddix was selected for the roof replacement which was estimated to cost around $18,000. The OCRDP is a nationwide effort to honor veterans and their families since its inception in 2016.
