A Popular Mexican Restaurant In Florida Abruptly Closes With A Sign On The Door & Little Explanation

Over the last couple of months, I’ve written about Florida restaurants that closed quickly with announcements on the restaurant door or drive-through.

Examples are a Burger King which was in business for 20 years and The Outpost Kitchen which had been serving for nearly a decade.

And now, another longtime restaurant has closed with a sign on the door.

About Burrito Gallery: This restaurant first opened in 2005. The restaurant’s website describes itself as “a hole in the wall with a line out the door.” The restaurant also notes that it prioritizes fresh ingredients and good times.

This restaurant is a chain – it has three locations. The location in question receives 4 out of 5 stars on TripAdvisor. Many praised the food, the portion sizes, and the friendly service, but one reviewer noted that the restaurant was empty.

A reviewer named Corrine wrote:

“Food was awesome. I had the shrimp salad. (It was) fresh and filling with corn and black beans and a nice dressing on the side. Husband had the shrimp tacos and chips… (It was) very good. (The) staff was so friendly and checked on us twice.”
