Jacksonville Jaguars rookie just made the play of the summer during training camp

The Jacksonville Jaguars have had a pretty decent training camp so far, and now that the pads have been on for a few days, it’s only going to start ramping up even more. And, that means that we are about to start seeing more of what the rookies could possibly do in 2024.

So far, the rookie class has been fine. They aren’t blowing anyone out of the water, but really just doing what you expect. It’s starting to look like this could be a rookie class that can actually help the Jaguars return to the playoffs in 2024, whereas last season, they helped, but not as much as maybe people thought they should.

2024 fifth-round pick, cornerback De’Antre Prince from Mississippi State has somehow managed to make the play of the summer in one-on-ones. While he was playing defense, of course, the player he was guarding made a nice move to get open and create what looked like a good amount of separation. That’s when Prince broke on the play super fast, and covered that space so much so that he made a one-handed snag for an interception to win the rep.
