TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Hillsborough County judge ruled that three defendants accused in the shooting death of Charles Jones, known in the music industry as Julio Foolio, will be held without bond until trial. Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, and Alicia Andrews remain a danger to the community, attorneys argued.
