Another Broken Egg Cafe is preparing to build-out in the Mandarin Landing shopping center along San Jose Boulevard north of Interstate 295. The city is reviewing a permit application for the daytime cafe chain to make tenant improvements at 10601 San Jose Blvd. Unit 405 at an estimated project cost of $500,000.
