JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department announced the passing of one of its engineers on Tuesday. Ian M. Church served with JFRD since Feb. 20, 2021, and was recently promoted to Engineer in June. The department’s post on X did not say how Church died.
