JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A water main break caused a “cave-in” on Jacksonville’s Northside Thursday, prompting road closures as JEA crews responded. It happened near the corner of Leonid Road and Biscayne Boulevard. A Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office vehicle was stuck in a hole caused by the break but was removed.
