According to a September 11th report from The-Sun.com, the latest location to be rebuilt from the ground-up is a 50-year-old store in Jacksonville.

From the report: Located in Jacksonville, Florida, about a two-hour drive from Orlando, the store will leave Deerwood Village shopping center on October 5… The store will reportedly be torn down after its closure and a new Publix location will be built in its place.
