JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is searching for the driver in a hit-and-run crash that happened early Thursday on Interstate 95 in Jacksonville. According to FHP around 12:35 a.m., a woman got out of her car, which was parked on the right shoulder of I-95 north at Edgewood Avenue, when a person driving a dark SUV hit her and kept driving northbound.
