JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The city of Jacksonville said a piece of hardware’s failure caused Wednesday’s temporary interruption. The city’s technical team worked to troubleshoot the issue that affected services including access to websites like jacksonville.gov, jaxready.com, and calls to 630-CITY, JaxEPICS, or any city mobile apps on Wednesday.
